All UK orders are sent using a carrier or Royal Mail depending on your selected delivery service or order weight.
All EU orders will be sent by the fastest tracked service available depending on products ordered.

Royal Mail 24
This is a non trackable delivery service for deliveries to Mainland UK. Royal Mail “aims” to deliver the next working day (including Saturdays) of the order being dispatched (depending on location). For faster or urgent deliveries we recommend a trackable delivery service, please contact us if you require a guaranteed next day or tracked delivery.
Royal Mail 48
This is a non trackable delivery service for deliveries to Mainland UK. Royal Mail “aims” to deliver the within two working days (including Saturdays) of the order being dispatched (depending on location). For faster or urgent deliveries we recommend a trackable delivery service, please contact us if you require a guaranteed next day or tracked delivery.
This is a fast trackable delivery service and orders are usually sent by road. From the time of the order being dispatched, delivery is expected to take 1 to 2 days for UK addresses, 3 to 7 days for EU addresses and 7 to 12 days for R.O.W. addresses. Once your items have been collected by the carrier you will receive a tracking confirmation email provided by the carrier to your registered email address at the end of the working day. On occasions your items may incur a delay due to the amount of orders the carriers are dealing with at specific times of the year. The carrier’s will keep you updated of any such delay. If you require a next day timed delivery then you would need to contact us before midday to confirm if we are able to arrange your delivery and confirm a shipping price.
Delivery & Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated on weight of the total order and will be displayed in the basket prior to order confirmation. We can deliver to most countries however some countries & island destinations will require a ‘custom’ delivery charge to be calculated for each specific order. When you sign for a parcel, please inspect it carefully. If it has suffered damage in transit, you can mark the delivery note ‘Parcel Damaged’, before signing, or even refuse delivery in serious cases. We do of course pack our products carefully to help avoid these problems. Some deliveries involve more than one parcel – please check that all ordered products have been received before accepting delivery.

Shipping of Hazardous Goods
Classic Spares of Murray Scott-Nelson conforms to international delivery regulations regarding the packaging and transportation of Hazardous Goods by road and sea freight. Due to international delivery regulations and licensing rules, all goods deemed as ‘Hazardous’ are ONLY currently available for delivery to the UK and Europe by road or sea.
PO Box Addresses
Unfortunately All deliveries made by a carrier must be signed for upon delivery, therefore we CANNOT deliver orders to PO Box addresses. If you need to contact us about the delivery of your order, please email email@example.com or call +44 (0)1723 361227.
In Store Collection
In store collection is available but orders must be made by telephone, all online orders require a postage charge to be added to complete the order. Certain products are not stocked items or are not manufactured on site so a delivery charge may still apply.
